Carlsen Coaching receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (i.e. emails, coaching forms and sessions, contracts, testimonials, etc.) We only collect personal data that is required to provide you with our coaching services.  Your collected personal data will only be used when we provide coaching services to you, want to communicate with you about the activities of Carlsen Coaching and/or provide you with coaching resources we think might be helpful.

Carlsen Coaching’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We will never share your personal data with any third parties without your prior consent.  We will never sell your personal data to any third parties under any circumstance. Your personal data will only be used by Carlsen Coaching for the purposes stated above.

At Carlsen Coaching, we are committed to collecting and processing your personal data in all transparency.  Moreover, the GDPR provides you with more possibilities to control how we handle your personal data, including specific rights such as the right to opt-out of any communications from us.  You can do this by hitting the UNSUBSCRIBE feature in any email you receive from us, or by requesting in writing that you be removed from our database. We will always honour this request.
